Glycerol is a water based ingredient found in many health products and medicines. You should consult a doctor before using The Green Vape Co. products. Each Refill contains nicotine. The effects of nicotine are stimulation, a feeling of relaxation, calmness, and alertness. These effects can last from minutes to hours, and nicotine is considered habit forming and addictive. The carcinogenic properties of nicotine in a standalone form, separated from tobacco smoke, have not been evaluated by the International Agency for Research on Cancer/IARC. The Green Vape Co. Battery and Refills are small pieces and can be choking hazards. Further the components can become very hot if used excessively or left in an open environment and if not used with care can burn skin. SHIPPING POLICY
Arrival Times: Arrival times shown as a guideline only. If you do not receive your order within the time frame stated please contact us so we can look into it for you. Once we have dispatched an item it is in the hands of our couriers, this means we have to adhere to their policies and procedures. Items are not considered to be lost in transit until 15 days after the dispatch date. Once the 15 days have passed we will either refund or replace the lost item. You may be required to complete a claims form so we can be reimbursed for the cost of the item from the Courier. We cannot accept any responsibility for incorrectly entered addresses or if our Couriers are unable to deliver to your address and any other situations beyond our control.
Address Changes: If you place an order with The Green Vape Co. and decide you want to change the address, you must notify us as soon as possible. Within 24 Hours your order will already be processed and be sent for shipment. We are not able to offer any refunds for packages address to the incorrect address.
Cancellation period: Once an order is placed with us, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to cancel the order and return the items to us. You will be liable to pay the return postage cost.
DELIVERY CHARGES
We shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by a failure to gain access to the delivery address on the agreed delivery date or failure to obtain a signature or because of other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In cases of items returned to us due to failed delivery it will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for re-delivery. Also although the Post Office charges for a service and an estimated delivery time, it is just an estimate and they do state it can under extreme circumstances take up to 14 days for delivery.
We cannot refund or replace lost items until 14 working days have elapsed since the date of dispatch. It is not until then that our courier/Post Office will recognize that the parcel has been lost.
